Ticket Inclusions
- Dorm tickets provide 1 bed (in a bunk) for 1 person with a maximum of 6 people per room.
- Some of our dorm rooms have a queen bed so if you and a friend or partner want to sleep in the same bed, book one of these tickets each and note it in our registration form on checkout.
- Each room has it's own private bathroom with toilet, shower and basin.
- The 'Bunkhouse' building is one of the most central accommodation options, sitting right in the heart of the festival site and right next to the dining hall.
Important Timing
Attendees must arrive between approx 2.30pm & 5.30pm on Thursday 22nd May 2025
The festival ends at approx 6pm Sunday 25th May 2025.
All attendees must have left the festival site by 8pm unless they purchase a Sunday Extra Night add on ticket.

Dormitory
Please read the following to understand the terms of your participation in FEAST workshops, retreats and events.
All FEAST events are collaborative community spaces where organisers, facilitators and participants alike strive to best take care of and uplift the needs of both the individual and the collective. All events are run in alignment with the FEAST Core Values and Intentions.
The organisers and facilitators of the event reserve the right to limit or terminate involvement of a participant should they breach any of the terms of participation.
Completing your booking and registration indicates agreement with the following statements.

I agree to assume full and complete responsibility for myself during the course of this event and understand that I may choose to not participate at any time if I so wish. I understand that the workshops may involve physical and non-physical exertion.

I understand that the workshops may involve physical contact with myself and other participants and will only engage in touch or activities once explicit consent has been provided from all individuals involved.

I warrant that I have no disability, impairment or ailment which would adversely be affected by my participation. I understand the workshops are not ‘therapeutic’ and that neither the facilitators nor their associates make any medical claims or representations of cures to me.

I acknowledge that I participate in the workshops and use the facilities, services and equipment at my own risk and release the organisers, facilitators, venue managers and associates from any claims, demand or liabilities. Neither the organisers nor their associates shall be liable for any damages, personal injury or mental anguish sustained by me.

- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable (to other FEAST events).
- If this event is postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions or any other unforseeable circumstances, you will automatically receive a ticket to the new event date. If that date does not suit you, we will provide a credit to be used at any of our upcoming events within the next 2 years.
- If you are unable to attend due to contraction of Covid-19 we offer a credit transfer to another event, if notified at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the event with relevant evidence of your situation.
- Ticket holders may sell and transfer their ticket to another person up to Thursday 12th October (6 weeks before the event).
- The original ticket holder must email the FEAST Team requesting to transfer the ticket before selling it and will receive instructions on how to complete this process.
- All unapproved ticket transfers and sales are invalid.
