Our Facilitators

FEAST is the only festival in the world that is facilitated exclusively by Certified Sexological Bodyworkers.

We are looking for passionate, creative and committed facilitators who feel called to help bring this incredible community event together and support people to change their lives. If that's you, read the details and submit your application below!

Application Preconditions

You must meet the following conditions before your facilitator application can be accepted.

Hold a Certificate in Sexological Bodywork.
Hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance for your practice or be able to obtain it quickly.

What You Receive

In recognition of and exchange for everything you bring to the space you receive:

A full festival ticket.
Comfortable dorm bed accomm or camp site.
Fully catered meals (lunch & dinner).

Your Commitment

As a facilitator you need to be able to commit to the following:

Attend 2 pre-event evening team weaving meetings via Zoom.
Arrive on site by 10.30am on Thursday 22nd May 2025.
Be available and in attendance for the entire festival.
Align with, agree to and uphold the FEAST Core Values and Festival Terms and Agreements.
Facilitate in a way that is inclusive of people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, body type and ability.

The Facilitator Experience

As a facilitator at FEAST 2025 you have a unique opportunity to belong to the amazing team that holds this transformative event and deepen your role in the community.

We are investing energy and love into building a closely connected, joyous and aligned team. We know that when those of us that stand at the core of the festival are solid and supported, it will flow out and create a high quality, transformative experience for the entire community.

In recognition of the time, energy and skills that you bring to the space, you will receive a free ticket. This includes your meals, a comfy dorm bed in a room with other facilitators or camping site and open access to the entire festival program.

Where we'll need you

The festival program will have 3 workshop streams running simultaneously, across 3 separate rooms at the venue; a small, medium and large space.

There is approximately 130 participants plus facilitators, volunteers and team meaning the ideal attendee split across the 3 spaces will be 25-35 (small space), 30-50 (medium space) and 40-60 (large space).

Plan to work with any group and room sizes because the more flexible you are the easier it will be for us to schedule you into the program. If you have ideal and/or specific requirements please note them in the relevant space in the application form and we will take them into account.

What we're looking for in workshops

We encourage you to be creative and innovative by taking an element of Sexological Bodywork (or several) and develop a workshop that teaches and guides the participant experience in a unique way - particularly in areas you are passionate about.

You may choose to make your workshop accessible to a range of experience levels or targetted to one specific level of experience (e.g. beginners, intermediate, experienced). Please tell us in your application who your workshop is for.

Remember that, separate to their level of experience, your workshop needs to be inclusive for people of all identities and orientations.

We have noticed that some of the most potent workshops in our past programs have two things. Firstly very clear and direct learning or developmental intent (i.e. what you're teaching or guiding your participants to learn and embody). And secondly, engaging, unique, positively challenging experiences that genuinely move your participants and invite them into new transformation and integration of what you are teaching.

When there is synergy between these elements, new possibilities emerge and there is a natural variety in the offerings that you, as potential facilitators, submit.
